The case for caregivers | a UX Design challenge 

The problem:

Employees weren't signing up for a free benefit.

What we did:

We identified the user journey and paint points, empathized with users, conducted interviews to verify our assumptions, and proposed a solution with the highest user impact.

Struggles we overcame:

Identifying user pain points as distinct from the business problem and finding a solution that addressed both.

From the work that we did as a team, I went on to create a medium-fidelity prototype of what our approach might look like.
